DIY Retreats
We are offering affordable sliding scale space for artists, organizers, healers, and anyone looking for a place to reset, be creative, and reconnect to nature. We are now taking bookings for 1-2 week residencies.
Our cabins, Moonview and the Treehouse, each have one queen sized bed and one pull out couch or daybed, as well as a private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Each cabin has its own Wi-Fi access point. You can book one or two cabins for your DIY retreat, depending on the size of your group and your privacy needs.
We provide our cabins on a sliding scale, $150 to $550:
Partner: $550 per week. This level is intended for people who have access to expendable income for leisure and who want to help subsidize folks who could otherwise not afford to come to Stoneroot.
Supporter: $350 per week. This level reflects the "true" cost. This is for people who have stable income, housing, and some expendable income.
Friend: $150 per week. This level covers the minimum costs of cleaning and restocking supplies. This is appropriate for someone for whom making a trip of this kind is a financial stretch.
Please reach out if you feel called to come but cost is a barrier. We provided a limited number of free residencies a year for BIPOC artists and organizers.
